I am pretty new to card making, and so not as talented as all of you. I've been trying to make more of the cards I send, seems to mean more if I make them!
I did these two cards for recent birthdays in my family.
This one was for my twin nieces. As you can see it's pretty basic. I liked the idea of reversing the colors in the stamp, to be opposite the colors of the paper below. I then put in regular plastic ribbon (like you use for gifts) through normal hole punch holes, and then curled it.
The second one was for my Dad. Here I was experimenting with an asymmetrical application.
