dot, yeah I used a 7/8" square punch to punch out the pieces. It was just a variety of different green paper scraps I had. I'm not sure if I'm happy with the look, but I like the concept.
This blog exists so we can exchange homemade card ideas. Please include labels when you post! Here are a few ideas, but feel free to make up your own: Christmas, birthday, stamps, eyelets, stickers, tri-fold, brads, ribbon, simple, etc.

I wanted to share my blog "creation story." I was great at creating and stashing cards away, but my friends made fun of my hoarding. I never sent the cards! I was afraid that I could never recreate the hard-earned ideas. I began photographing cards and eventually created this blog, which allows all of us to have a record of what we have created. The title of the blog applies to me and probably no one else who posts on here...but as much as I've tried to come up with a new title, this one stuck. I'm so grateful to all of you for contributing and following this blog!!

Your cards are so cute! I especially like the Christmas tree cards. Is that scrap pieces fitted together?
