Congratulations Card
Here is a quick card I made tonite for a darling friend who just got engaged!!! Gratz Elisa!!! The CS is from my stash, PP for background and dress is Basic Grey Scarlet Letter, the embossed PP was done using the Cuttlebug Textile embossing folder, Dress Stamp from Hero Arts, Pearls on dress from Hero Arts, Congratulations stamp from Kelly Panicci for Sandy Lion and the ink is ColorBox Chalk Ink in Charcoal.

Is the dress a die-cut? How did you do the colors? It looks really cool!
Hey Jules - the dress is actually stamped (Hero Arts Stamps) onto a piece of Basic Grey Scarlet Letter paper and then cut out and layered onto another stamped image on white cardstock using pop dots. This is a technique I love to use with stamped images along with silhouettes of people on scrapbook layouts.
This is so cute! I love the dress. WEll done!
